  • Slip Lining

Slip Lining involves inserting a new, smaller diameter pipe into an existing pipeline to reinforce it. This technique is used to repair leaks, restore structural stability, and extend the service life of aging pipelines. Slip Lining is a cost-effective solution that minimizes disruption and downtime while providing long-lasting results.

  • Spray Applied Pipelining (SAPL) · Spin-Cast · CCCP

Spray Applied Pipelining (SAPL), also known as Spin-Cast or Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP), is a cutting-edge technique for rehabilitating existing pipelines without the need for excavation. We offer two specialized SAPL solutions: Centripipe and GeoTree. Using a spray application, these systems coat the interior of pipelines with a durable lining, extending their lifespan and improving flow efficiency. SAPL is an ideal solution for aging infrastructure that requires a fast, cost-effective, and minimally invasive repair method.

  • Flexible Fabric Reinforced Pipe (FFRP)

BulletLiner System® FFRP is the solution for trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipelines suitable for water, wastewater, gas, and oil. BulletLiner System® is pulled into the host pipe and re-rounded to form a tight-fit liner that works independently or in conjunction with the host pipe.

The system provides budget-friendly, permanent rehabilitation at approximately one-third the cost of dig and replace.

The liner is flexible enough to navigating through multiple bends of up to 45º, and strong enough to handle surge pressures up to two times the operating pressure. This extreme flexibility provides a variety of rehabilitation applications, eliminating costly and impactful dig and replace.
